Climbing Instructor Program Manager
The Climbing Instructor Program (CIP) Manager oversees the quality, growth, and operational success of the AMGA's Single Pitch Instructor (SPI) and Climbing Wall Instructor (CWI) Programs. This role leads the SPI and CWI Provider Teams, manages relationships with contracted providers and host organizations, and ensures consistent delivery of high-quality instructor education programs nationwide. The CIP Manager coordinates program operations, supports provider development, maintains program standards, and delivers exceptional service to AMGA members
and stakeholders. This full-time position reports to the AMGA Technical Director.
